2. Services Provided

I offer online fitness coaching services, including personalised training programs, nutrition guidance, and lifestyle support. All services are delivered remotely and tailored to individual needs.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use my services. By engaging with coaching, you confirm that you are medically fit to participate in physical activity or have consulted a healthcare provider.

4. Payments & Cancellations

- Payment terms will be agreed upon before coaching begins. 

- Coaching is billed monthly unless otherwise stated. 

- You may cancel your coaching plan with at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing cycle. 

- Refunds are not guaranteed once a coaching cycle has begun, but I’ll always aim to be fair and reasonable.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including graphics, programs, and written materials—is the intellectual property of Sam Woodham Coaching. You may not copy, share, or reproduce any materials without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

While I take every care to provide safe, effective coaching, you participate at your own risk. I am not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from your use of the services. Coaching is not a substitute for medical advice.

7. Data Protection

Your personal data is handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy. I will never sell or misuse your information. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time.
