Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Sam Woodham Coaching (SWC), clear boundaries ensure professionalism and commitment from both parties. The following policy outlines cancellation and refund terms for all services.


  1. 1–1 Personal Training & Coaching
     

Cancellations

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.
• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited.
• Missed sessions (no-shows) are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Rescheduling

• Sessions may be rescheduled with appropriate notice.
• Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may result in review or termination of services at the discretion of Sam Woodham Coaching.

Refunds

• No refunds are provided once a coaching package or block has commenced.
• If cancellation is requested before the first scheduled session and within 14 days of purchase (in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations), a refund may be issued minus any administrative or processing fees.
• Where coaching has begun within the 14-day cooling-off period at the client’s request, you acknowledge that your right to a full refund is waived for services already delivered.
• In exceptional circumstances (e.g., serious illness or medical inability to continue), partial refunds may be considered at sole discretion.


  1. Online Coaching Packages (Recurring)
     

• A minimum of 7 days’ written notice is required before the next billing cycle to cancel recurring coaching.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
• Payments already processed are non-refundable.


  1. Digital Products, Programmes & Downloads
     

Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital products (including training guides, templates, or resources), all digital sales are final and non-refundable.

If you experience technical issues accessing purchased materials, you must notify us within 7 days of purchase so the issue can be resolved.


  1. Subscriptions or Memberships (If Applicable)
     

• Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time prior to the next billing date.
• Access will continue until the end of the paid billing period.
• No refunds are issued for previous payments or partially used periods.


  1. Termination of Services
     

Sam Woodham Coaching reserves the right to terminate services without refund where:

• Client conduct is inappropriate or abusive
• Health information is withheld
• Payment obligations are not met
