Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SWC (Sam Woodham Coaching), I Am committed to providing high-quality coaching and support. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, so we’ve outlined our refund and cancellation policy to ensure transparency and fairness for both parties.

1. Coaching Services (1:1 or Group Coaching)

Cancellations:

Clients may cancel a coaching appointment with at least 24 hours' notice via email

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will not be eligible for rescheduling, except in emergency situations at my discretion.

Rescheduling:

You may reschedule a session once, provided at least 24 hours' notice is given.

Frequent rescheduling may impact your progress and the effectiveness of your coaching plan.

Refunds:

No refunds will be given once a coaching program has started.

If you have paid for a coaching package and wish to cancel before the first session, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, minus a 10% admin fee.

In exceptional cases (e.g., serious illness), partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

2. Digital Products / Programs / Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., meal plans, training guides, downloadable tools), all sales are final and non-refundable.

If you experience any technical issues accessing your product, please contact us within 7 days, and we’ll resolve it promptly.

3. Subscriptions / Memberships (if applicable)

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account or by contacting us directly.

Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within the billing cycle.

Refunds will not be issued for past subscription payments.
